Last Updated: May 21, 2026

Linkedy ("we," "our," or "us") provides the Linkedy software-as-a-service platform via https://linkedy.io (the "Service").

By registering for an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

1. Agreement to Terms & LinkedIn Compliance

1.1 Binding Agreement

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Linkedy.

1.2 LinkedIn Terms of Service

Linkedy uses LinkedIn API Services to publish content to your LinkedIn account. By using Linkedy, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the LinkedIn User Agreement and LinkedIn Professional Community Policies.

2. The Service

2.1 Functionality

Linkedy provides AI-powered tools for LinkedIn creators, including but not limited to: brand identity setup, AI-generated post copy, AI-generated on-brand images, a content calendar, trend research, and direct LinkedIn publishing.

2.2 AI Disclaimer

The Service utilises Artificial Intelligence (AI) provided by third parties (Anthropic Claude, Perplexity Sonar, Replicate) to generate content. You acknowledge that:
  • Accuracy: AI may generate incorrect, irrelevant, or unexpected information.
  • Tone: AI may not always perfectly replicate your desired voice.
  • Review: You are solely responsible for reviewing all AI-generated posts, captions, and images before they are published to LinkedIn. Linkedy is not liable for any content published to your LinkedIn profile via our Service.

2.3 Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

3. Account Registration

  • Eligibility: You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Linkedy is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.
  • LinkedIn Connection: You are responsible for maintaining a valid connection between Linkedy and your LinkedIn account. If you revoke permissions via LinkedIn's Permitted Services settings, publishing features will stop functioning.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the posts, images, and brand assets you create using Linkedy. You grant Linkedy a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your brand data and inputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service (e.g., generating posts and images, publishing to LinkedIn).

4.2 Our Intellectual Property

The Linkedy name, logo, platform interface, and proprietary systems (excluding the underlying AI models) are the property of Linkedy and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use the Service to:
  1. Generate or publish content that violates LinkedIn's Community Policies (e.g., hate speech, harassment, misleading information).
  2. Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  3. Use the Service to generate spam or mass unsolicited content.
  4. Impersonate any person or entity or falsely claim an affiliation.
  5. Resell or white-label the Service without an explicit written agreement with Linkedy.

6. Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  1. Service "As Is": Linkedy is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind.
  2. No Liability for Platform Actions: Linkedy is not liable for any actions taken by LinkedIn against your account (including restrictions, suspensions, or bans) resulting from your use of our Service.
  3. Indirect Damages: In no event shall Linkedy be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
  4. Cap on Liability: Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Linkedy and its employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:
  • Your use of the Service.
  • Your violation of these Terms or LinkedIn's User Agreement.
  • Any claim that your content infringes the intellectual property or privacy rights of a third party.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms will first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration.
